Before founding the Academy, Misty spent years as a top-performing aesthetic injectables sales representative, working closely with medical professionals across the industry. During that time, she saw a recurring gap; talented nurses and providers eager to grow, but lacking access to high-quality, affordable, and practical training that went beyond just injecting. She knew there had to be a better way.
That realization sparked the vision for Cosmetic Injector Academy…So she built it.
Misty has since helped hundreds of medical professionals refine their skills, grow their confidence, and build thriving aesthetic practices. Her proven methods, real-world materials, and business-forward approach have positioned her as a trusted mentor and leader in the aesthetics space.
Today, Misty leads the Academy’s entrepreneurship, marketing, branding, and compliance education, equipping injectors not only to master their craft, but to navigate the business side of aesthetics with clarity and confidence. Brandi Bowers, RN, BSN, is an aesthetic nurse injector and educator with over 12 years of dedicated experience in medical aesthetics. She entered the field immediately after nursing school and quickly discovered a profound passion for injectables and the artistry behind natural enhancement. Early in her career, she became a trainer within a major corporate organization, contributing to the rollout of injectable education, techniques, and protocols across the country.
As a trainer, Brandi is deeply committed to education, empowerment, and ethically grounded aesthetic practice. She believes beautiful outcomes begin long before any procedure through trust, education, and helping patients build a clear understanding of their anatomy, treatment options, and achievable results. Her approach honors the individuality of each patient without projecting trends or standardized ideals of beauty.
